Here’s a quick and dirty guide to turn an FAQ into a chatbot using Dify and GPT:

  1. Gather FAQ content:
    • Visit the website with the FAQ you want to convert
    • Expand all FAQ sections if they are collapsed
    • Copy and paste the full text of all questions and answers
  2. Sign up for Dify:
    • Go to the Dify website
    • Create a new account if you don’t already have one
  3. Create a new chatbot:
