Frontend Developer
About the Role:
We’re seeking an exceptional Front End Web Developer to architect the next generation of user interfaces for our cutting-edge AI applications. In this role, you’ll create responsive, intuitive UI components that bring complex AI functionality to life through clean, efficient code.
This contract position requires 10-30 hours weekly for the next 1-2 months, with potential for extension based on mutual success. You’ll work directly with our founding team, helping shape the future of AI interfaces while gaining invaluable industry insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create seamless integrations between frontend elements and backend APIs
- Develop responsive interfaces that deliver exceptional experiences across all devices
- Implement modern front end dev web solutions for Django backend using, HTML, CSS (Tailwind), JavaScript and Vue framework
- Design and build high-performance, reusable UI components
- Collaborate with our design and backend teams to create cohesive user experiences
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years building sophisticated frontend applications with demonstrable results
- Proficiency with Django backend framework
- Experience developing Vue.js web front ends
- Expert understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+
- Experience with Git PR development patterns and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to work in US timezone
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills
- Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
- Proven ability to optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Python scripting and automation
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design techniques
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions
- Experience working with AI developer tools and integrations
