Google expands Pixel Weather app availability: The new Pixel Weather app, initially exclusive to the Pixel 9 series, is now rolling out to older Pixel devices as part of the October 2024 Pixel Feature Drop.

Availability and device compatibility:

  • The app will be available on Pixel 6 and newer devices globally
  • Pixel Tablet users will also receive the update
  • Non-Pixel users with Android 14 devices may attempt to sideload the APK
